About the Role: Anesthesiologist AI Model Trainer
hackajob is collaborating with Mercor to connect exceptional tech professionals for this research project. Mercor is actively recruiting Anesthesiologists to leverage their professional experience in designing insightful questions related to their occupation for one of the world’s leading AI companies. This part-time role focuses on training and enhancing frontier AI systems.

- Have 4+ years full-time work experience in this occupation.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
Role Details and Commitments
The hourly compensation rate offered is competitive, based on your professional background and geographic location (note: the listed hourly compensation scale is for U.S.-based applicants and will vary by region). This project requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. We currently estimate the project will last for at least 6 months, with potential for extension. Please note, access to a desktop or laptop computer is necessary for this project; Chromebooks are not supported.

Contract and Payment Terms
You will be engaged as an independent contractor for this fully remote role, which can be completed on your own schedule. Project durations are subject to change based on evolving needs and performance. Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any other employer, client, or institution. Payments are processed weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered. Please note: Mercor is currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
