About the Role
The AI Red-Teamer — Adversarial AI Testing English & Korean role is a collaborative position between hackajob and Mercor, designed for exceptional tech professionals. In this role, you will probe AI models with adversarial inputs to uncover vulnerabilities and improve safeguards.
Location & Work Arrangement
This is a remote position with geography restrictions to the USA and South Korea.
Key Responsibilities
- Red team conversational AI models for jailbreaks, prompt injections, and bias exploitation.
- Generate high-quality human data via annotations and classifications.
- Adhere to taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks for consistent testing.
- Document reproducible reports, datasets, and attack cases.
Who You Are
You have prior red teaming experience or cybersecurity background, are instinctively adversarial, highly structured, and a clear communicator who can explain risks to various stakeholders. Familiarity with adversarial ML, penetration testing, or socio-technical probing is a plus.
