About the Senior Customer Success Associate Role at Hack The Box

Embark on a cybersecurity adventure at Hack The Box and become a key partner for public sector clients. Your mission is to drive engagement, deliver outcomes, and build long-lasting relationships with some of the world’s largest enterprises, universities, and government organizations.

The Fellowship You’ll Join

Join a collaborative team of experienced professionals from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Support, Marketing and many other departments. This role reports to the Head of Customer Success, US & Federal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new customers through an efficient journey process
  • Nurture relationships with executive and power user stakeholders
  • Analyze usage data with tools like Tableau
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues timely
  • Conduct regular check-ins and update customer health notes
  • Gather actionable feedback for product improvement
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Understanding of SaaS and customer success principles
  • Experience in a Customer Success role preferred
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations
  • Proficiency in cybersecurity fundamentals including pentesting
  • Strong objection handling and sales process skills
  • Ownership of revenue retention metrics
  • Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders
