About the Senior Customer Success Associate Role at Hack The Box

The Fellowship You’ll Join
Join a collaborative team of experienced professionals from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Support, Marketing and many other departments. This role reports to the Head of Customer Success, US & Federal.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through an efficient journey process
- Nurture relationships with executive and power user stakeholders
- Analyze usage data with tools like Tableau
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues timely
- Conduct regular check-ins and update customer health notes
- Gather actionable feedback for product improvement
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Understanding of SaaS and customer success principles
- Experience in a Customer Success role preferred
- Ability to handle difficult conversations
- Proficiency in cybersecurity fundamentals including pentesting
- Strong objection handling and sales process skills
