About the Role
Reporting to the Service Zonal Manager, the Service - Engineer is responsible for generating recurring revenue numbers for the assigned territory, providing technical service and support customers. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical proficiency, cross-functional collaboration skills with scalability.
This position is part of the India Commercial Organization located in Surat /Vapi and will be remote.
A Typical Day:
- Ensure the response and turn-around time on calls assigned are met
- Complete all the PM’s as per schedule
- Plan and execute all the I &C and demo activities allotted
- Develop good relationship with customers to enhance the satisfaction levels
- Generate leads by interacting with the customers and pass on through the Marketing Teams
- Meet service sales targets to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets of operating revenue
- Discipline on CRM packages of Service Max and SFDC
Essential Requirements:
- 3-4 years’ experience with a degree in Diploma or equivalent preferably having worked on Hach / similar products
- Willingness to relocate across India basis job / company priorities
- Willingness to travel
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations, and business teams
- Expertise in MS office. Exposure to Copilot AI tool would be added advantage
- Proactive and action-oriented with an eye for detail
- Self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth in a rapidly evolving market
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain customer relationships
