About the Role
As a B2B Field Sales Account Executive, you will be the direct representative of Aquatic Informatics, helping customers overcome their most significant water monitoring and compliance challenges. You will cultivate strong relationships with municipal, industrial, and environmental clients to provide software and data solutions that enhance the speed, simplicity, and reliability of water management.
This is a quota-carrying position encompassing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals. You will also be responsible for sharing valuable customer insights with our product and commercial teams.
Your territory will include New England (ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY) and Eastern Canada (NS, NB, PE, NL, QC).
Travel will be approximately 50%, and you must be willing and able to accommodate this. This is a remote role within the U.S., requiring you to live within a reasonable commute of a major airport.
What You’ll Do
- Provide consultative, solutions-focused expertise to water/wastewater organizations.
- Build pipeline, identify and qualify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Lead proposals, demonstrations, and presentations with confidence.
- Stay abreast of market trends through conferences, events, and industry networking.
- Partner with Veralto sister operating companies (Hach, OTT Hydromet) to expand customer value and territory coverage.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in the water industry or adjacent B2B field sales.
- Proven success in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role.
- Experience in environmental or water-quality-focused industries.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- A background in consultative, solutions-based selling.
Compensation & Benefits
The total target compensation for this Account Executive role ranges between $90K - $150K, with uncapped variable earnings potential. A competitive base salary, depending on experience, combined with uncapped variable compensation, allows many in our sales organization to exceed the upper end of this target. This remote role includes a company car, phone, laptop, and a robust benefits package effective from day one.
