An exciting new role for a dedicated and driven Systems Support Advisor has just opened up at Habit Health! As a Systems Support Advisor, you will provide extensive support to the IT Manager, the wider admin team and our clinicians. You will provide support to our employees when it comes to our Patient Management Systems (PMS) and our online booking portal. Whilst the role is advertised as being based out of Auckland, the successful candidate can work out of any of our branches across Aotearoa!

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide system support, based on exceptional customer service, to the admin & clinician teams.
  • Assist with training, coaching and supporting administrators & clinicians to be proficient in the usage of all our PMS.
  • Provide support around our customer portals (EAP/Occ Health) and the linkage with our data warehouse.
  • Assist with the amalgamation of teams including the development of the ticket system to allow for cross-working between the IT and System support team.
  • Work on new project developments associated with a wide range of applications.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business information systems or working toward one (highly desirable)
  • 3+ years practical experience working in applications support, preferably supporting PMS
  • 5+ years administration and Gensolve experience (highly desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communications - you will be liaising with some amazing teams!
