The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Algorithms Engineer to design and implement advanced algorithmic solutions across forecasting, decision systems, geospatial analytics, and recommendation engines.

In this role, you’ll translate complex business challenges into mathematical models and scalable solutions that directly improve performance, efficiency, and user experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and develop algorithms for time series forecasting, decision systems, geospatial analytics, and recommendation engines.
• Translate business requirements into mathematical models and scalable algorithmic solutions.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and computational efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deploy solutions in production.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and innovations in applied algorithms and data science.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in algorithm development and implementation.
• Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization.
• Proven experience with time series forecasting techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with data processing frameworks and analytical tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills — able to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or related industries — a plus.
