The Role: Legal AI Implementation Strategist
This is not your typical implementation role. As Haast’s first U.S. hire on the customer success and implementation team, you will own projects from onboarding to rollout, guide Fortune 500 legal, compliance, and marketing departments, shape playbooks, and influence product strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Own implementations from onboarding to rollout.
- Partner with clients to map workflows and compliance rules.
- Build trust by enabling confident AI adoption.
- Solve challenges with practical, creative solutions.
- Translate complex legal documents into AI-ready insights.
- Develop playbooks and influence product strategy.

- Have 2–5 years of legal practice or strategy consulting experience.
