The Role: AI Implementation Strategist

As Haast’s first U.S. hire on the Customer Success team, you will partner with Fortune 500 legal, compliance, and marketing teams to adopt Haast’s AI-native platform. This strategic, client-facing position drives stakeholder alignment, workflow redesign, and change management to ensure successful platform integration across complex enterprises.
