About the Role

The Practice Leader Water Wastewater Engineering at H2M Careers will be responsible for growing, developing, and enhancing the Water and Wastewater services market in a Doer-Seller role. This role involves project management expertise, business development, client relationship management, and technical oversight in municipal projects at our NYC office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategy for Water/Wastewater Groups.
  • Collaborate with Market Leader and Discipline Director for market growth.
  • Oversee financial aspects including project fees and revenue projections.
  • Manage teams, coordinate projects, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in proposals, trade shows, and client presentations.
  • Support H2M standard processes and ensure high quality deliverables.
  • Lead marketing initiatives and communicate effectively with internal teams.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of consulting experience in Water/Wastewater engineering are required. A licensed professional engineer with multi-state reciprocity is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, delegate, and forecast market trends.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Salary & Benefits
