About the role
Outside Sales Executive – Fully Remote
This is not a "relationship management" role or a "check-the-box" administrative position. We are looking for a pure hunter who thrives on the road and views a "No" as a tactical puzzle to be solved. If you require a desk, a steady routine, or a manager to tell you who to call next, do not apply.
Who You Are (The Top 10%)
- Self-Governed: You don’t need a GPS to find a target. You own your territory like it’s your own franchise.
- Fluent in Results: You don't brag about how many "calls" you made; you brag about the revenue you closed.
- Resilient: You have the "softball" mentality for people—gentle enough to build instant rapport—but the "hardball" mentality for the deal.
- Elite Communicator: You possess near-native command of English (C1/C2 level) to negotiate with C-suite executives and navigate complex objections.
The Mission (Days on Road)
- 80% Field Presence: You will spend 4 days a week on the road. You will be expected to master your territory through face-to-face combat—meeting prospects where they live and work.
- Strategic Hunting: You will identify, qualify, and close high-value accounts independently.
- Full Accountability: You manage your own pipeline. We provide the CRM; you provide the data that shows why you’re winning.
What We Offer (The Upside)
- Uncapped Commissions: We don't believe in "ceiling" your success. If you bring in the revenue, you keep the lion's share.
- Zero Micro-Management: We don't care where you are at 10:00 AM as long as your numbers are at 120% of quota.
- High-Stakes Environment: You will be surrounded by other high-performers. If you are the smartest person in the room, you are in the wrong room.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: You can provide a 12-month stack-ranking showing you in the top decile of your previous sales force.
- Mobility: A valid U.S. Driver’s License (Class D/C) and a willingness to be "on the road" constantly.
- Stamina: Physical and mental endurance for long days and high-pressure negotiations.
