Overview
At GWI, we are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager in London to make an extraordinary impact. In this role, you will shape and execute high-impact acquisition campaigns during a transformative phase, working within our full-funnel, always-on growth engine.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and delivery of multi-channel campaigns across paid, SEO, email and social channels.
- Drive both product-led (PLG) and sales-led (SLG) growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with field marketing, lifecycle, SEO, and performance marketing teams.
- Analyze data to optimize performance and conversion, from free sign-ups to revenue.
- Engage in integrated campaigns targeting SQOs, PQL conversion, and revenue generation.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience with integrated marketing campaigns in a hybrid PLG/SLG environment
- Strategic thinking and hands-on campaign execution
- User journey mapping and funnel optimization
- Data-driven decision making
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
