Summary

The Developer, BI will work as part of the Strategic Insights team to turn data into actionable information for caregivers. In this role, you will develop advanced analytics, dashboards, and reports to support organizational goals and improve patient outcomes.

Experience & Education

- 1-2 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields. - Experience in data visualization, design, and deployment of BI solutions. - Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL functions. - Understanding of statistical analysis tools (Python, R, etc.) preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science or related field; Master’s preferred.

Essential Functions

The role involves the design, development, and deployment of analytic solutions which include:

• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Logical and physical data design
• Data modeling and ETL functions
• SQL development and solution testing
• UI/UX design and visualization creation using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Epic Clarity, and Qlik Sense
• Administration and maintenance of analytic tools

Advanced Analytics & Data Governance

- Work with clinical, operational and business units to refine high-impact data use cases. - Assist in deploying predictive models and machine learning algorithms. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance protocols.

Collaboration & Communication

- Prepare and deliver presentations on data findings. - Facilitate cross-functional meetings and promote data literacy among teams.

Certifications

- Epic Certification in Clarity/Caboodle Data Model (required within first year). - Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst, Fabrics Analytics/Data Engineer certifications.
