About the Role
Nervana AI is a revolutionary movement in wellness, combining AI, conscious impact, and cutting-edge technology. As the founding Chief Technology Officer at Gusher, you will architect, lead, and build the spine of a product designed to help 1 billion people feel regulated, rooted, and radiant.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable architecture for consumer-facing mobile products
- Lead full-stack development including Front End, Back End, and mobile
- Integrate AI/ML features and guide UI/UX design
- Develop APIs, real-time systems, and ensure data security
- Build and inspire a creative, hands-on team
Qualifications
- 5+ years in full-stack development (front-end, back-end, mobile)
- Proficiency in at least two: React/React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Node.js, Python, Go
- Experience shipping consumer-facing mobile products
- Strong grasp of UI/UX and human-centered design
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Bonus: AI/ML integration and familiarity with wellness or healthtech
- Startup DNA: thrives in ambiguity and wears many hats
