After SparrowBid launched its market-ready platform with 2.4 million hotels worldwide, we are seeking a leader to manage growth, product, and operations. You will ship weekly with contractors and a fractional tech lead, tighten checkout and fraud controls, and establish a consistent operating rhythm with clear KPIs and a monthly board memo.

  • Lead the company’s first external financing round from narrative to close.

Compensation and Future Growth

This is an equity-only role offering 7 percent with a milestone path to the CEO title and additional equity tied to performance and financing. The position is geared towards someone with a strong passion for travel and the drive to win.
