Paid Media & Growth Strategist at GuruSup
At GuruSup, your mission will be to design, execute, and optimize our Paid Marketing strategy from scratch. You will explore new channels and maximize the generation of quality leads, setting the foundation for Paid Media within GuruSup and making a significant impact on our customer acquisition.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day
- Channel Research and Testing: Identify which advertising platforms and formats (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, etc.) generate the best results.
- Campaign Execution: Design, launch, and manage end-to-end paid campaigns.
- Continuous Optimization: Analyze data, experiment with creatives and audiences, and scale what works effectively.
- Strategy and Growth: Provide an ambitious vision on how to reinvent our approach to paid media.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and growth teams to ensure maximum conversion of generated leads.
What We Look For
- Over 3 years of experience in Paid Media, Growth, or Digital Marketing (ideally in SaaS or B2B environments).
- Ambitious and exploratory profile: motivated by challenges and eager to try new things.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable with metrics, funnels, and ROI.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Tag Manager, Analytics, and similar platforms.
- Plus: experience with automation, experimentation, and advanced growth tactics.
- High level of spoken and written Spanish (ability to easily understand and explain complex concepts).
Conditions and Benefits
- Competitive salary: 35K - 60K EUR (negotiable based on experience and skills).
