Internship Experience

The internship provides hands-on experience with tasks including:

  • Working directly with a team to develop real-world solutions.
  • Tours of state-of-the-art manufacturing and research facilities.
  • Interactions with company leaders and networking events.
  • Opportunities to work on prototype, test, and technical data analysis projects.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to engineering staff.
  • Apply engineering knowledge to resolve aircraft-related issues.
  • Support prototype and test activities during product lifecycle.
  • Generate and analyze technical test data.
  • Interface with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Develop knowledge in your field of expertise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in areas such as Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Aeronautical, Systems, Industrial & Systems Engineering, or related fields. You must complete your freshman year by the start of the internship, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above, and be willing to commit to a minimum 12-16 week onsite experience.
