Internship Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and complete engineering tasks.
- Resolve aircraft related issues using engineering principles.
- Support prototype and test activities for aircraft components.
- Generate and analyze technical test data.
- Interface with various internal departments and external suppliers.
- Develop practical knowledge of technical theories in your field.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Education & Experience Requirements
Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in disciplines including Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Aeronautical, Systems, Industrial & Systems Engineering, or Engineering. Freshman year must be completed by internship start. A cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 is required.
Internship Duration & Additional Requirements
- 12-14 weeks for summer; 14-16 weeks for spring/fall.
- This is an on-site position in Savannah, GA.
- Must have reliable transportation.
