Senior AI Native Engineer

Position Details

The Senior AI Native Engineer will join the AI Native Experiences team to design and implement AI-powered user interfaces on Guild’s platform. In this role, you will build intelligent and dynamic features such as summarization, personalization, semantic search, and classification, ensuring real-time and context-aware interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing experiences powered by AI functionality.
• Create reusable components for embedding AI into frontends.
• Collaborate with MLOps and design teams on model interfaces and API integrations.
• Integrate and monitor third-party AI services ensuring reliability and performance.
• Champion responsible AI practices and share expertise with peers.
• Prototype, deploy, and iterate on AI-powered features.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development (frontend or full-stack).
• Expertise in modern web technologies (React, TypeScript) and backend services (REST/GraphQL).
• Proven experience integrating AI/ML models or services into production applications.
• Strong background in NLP, recommender systems, and generative AI.
• Ability to design reusable systems and components.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
