Senior Product Manager, Insurance Product Design
Guidewire Software is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of its insurance product design capability. This role focuses on understanding insurance innovation and applying learnings to drive a strategic insurance configuration experience platform from ideation to adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering and UX in sprint activities, backlog grooming, and requirements gathering.
- Conduct customer research and feedback sessions to shape product design.
- Identify market trends and high-priority capabilities to differentiate Guidewire.
- Convert requirements into platform capabilities that support innovative insurance products.
- Work with cross-functional teams to build compelling user experiences and track success metrics.
- Analyze competitive trends and emerging insurtech innovations.
Required Skills & Experience
Applicants should have 3+ years of product management experience in cloud-based and configurable enterprise software, solid P&C insurance domain knowledge, and strong communication skills. A background in computer science with practical experience in agile methodologies, AI, and data-driven decision making is essential.
