The Role of a Sourcing Consultant, Technology Recruitment
The Sourcing Consultant, Technology Recruitment is an open-ended contract position providing crucial Talent Sourcing support to address recruiting needs for technical and data positions across all Guidepoint locations. This role involves direct sourcing of candidates for open Engineering, Data, and AI positions in the US and Toronto.
This position directly reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Technology located in New York.
Monthly Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- Source candidates that lead towards AI Engineer hires
- Candidates Sourced and Outreach: 200 Per Week
- Maintaining a 20%+ LinkedIn Response Rate
- Conduct 10+ Introductory Calls Per Week
- Candidate Conversion from TA Interview to Hiring Manager Interview: 75%
What Guidepoint Expects from You
- Confidence in your ability to create your own sourcing strategies and Boolean search strings
- Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter including the ability to manage projects and create sophisticated search parameters
- Experienced in sourcing beyond LinkedIn on tools such as GitHub, and the ability to perform Google X-ray searches
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience sourcing in a fast-paced environment for hard-to-fill Engineering roles
- Strong acumen and understanding of PHP Engineering, .Net, DevOps and similar tech stack
- Detail-oriented, action/goal-oriented, effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency
- Must be flexible and have the ability to work independently
- Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
The hourly rate for this position is $30-$45 per hour and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
