Overview

The Client Service team at Guidepoint is the backbone of the company’s success, efficiently delivering services globally. As a Research Manager, you will help clients gain critical insights to make informed business decisions.

What you'll do

  • Help clients collect primary research insights for business strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and service delivery.
  • Research, identify, and recruit experts for discussions and surveys.
  • Oversee and guide Client Service Associates in expert recruitment.
  • Develop screening criteria, ensure compliance, and use Guidepoint’s CRM.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and team members in Seoul.

What you have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Native Korean and fluent English.
  • 2+ years in client or account management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to work individually and in a team.
  • Experience in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments.
