Role Details
This hybrid role is based in Seoul and requires managing client relationships and supervising a team of Associates to deliver services effectively.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client relationships.
- Manage and mentor a team of Associates.
- Provide training on best practices in Advisor sourcing and screening.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to enhance client utilization of services.
- Work jointly with fellow Project Managers to offer industry guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Native Korean and fluent English.
- 2+ years of client or account management experience.
- Experience in project or people management.
- Background in market research, agency, or consulting is a plus.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
