The Client Service team is the backbone of Guidepoint’s success. The team is responsible for efficiently delivering Guidepoint’s services to clients worldwide. They work to understand each client’s unique business questions and help them gain critical insights to make informed business decisions.

Role Details

This hybrid role is based in Seoul and requires managing client relationships and supervising a team of Associates to deliver services effectively.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client relationships.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Associates.
  • Provide training on best practices in Advisor sourcing and screening.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to enhance client utilization of services.
  • Work jointly with fellow Project Managers to offer industry guidance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Native Korean and fluent English.
  • 2+ years of client or account management experience.
  • Experience in project or people management.
  • Background in market research, agency, or consulting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
