Senior Security Engineer (Presales)

Role Overview
This role supports customers by providing architectural guidance, product recommendations, and deploying operational security solutions. You will serve as the primary technical contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical point of contact for clients.
- Design, implement, and operationalize diverse security controls.
- Communicate complex technical information to varied audiences.
- Prioritize and deliver across multiple projects.
- Create technical and business collateral for various stakeholders.
- Travel locally (~25% travel to Seattle area) as required.
Experience & Technical Skills
- Proven security engineering or technical lead experience in Information Security.
- Hands-on with Next-Gen Firewalls, DLP, SASE, NAC, PAM, EDR, NDR, SIEM among others.
- Strong networking security knowledge, client/server OS expertise (Windows, Mac, Linux).
- Scripting skills using BASH, Perl, Python, PowerShell or Java.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP security best practices.
- Familiarity with advanced security concepts such as Defense in Depth and Zero Trust.
- Industry certifications such as ISC2, SANS GIAC, etc. are preferred.
