As a Business Development Manager for Institutional Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with institutional clients — including private equity firms, hedge funds, venture capital firms, investment banks, and other financial institutions. You will be responsible for the full 360° sales cycle from identifying and qualifying prospects to closing deals and ensuring client success, supported by a Business Development Associate.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute business development strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Own the entire sales cycle focusing on institutional clients.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and acquire new institutional clients.
- Build trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions and take on ad hoc projects.
What You Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of 360° B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales quotas independently.
- Highly organized approach to territory management and client outreach.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging high-profile clients.
- Resilience and tenacity in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
