About the role
Microsoft Dynamics Developer
Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer to support our client's Case Management systems. As an experienced Developer, you will work with the technical team to design and deliver the case management solutions within a given time, identify risks and mitigate the risk during the design phase. You will be responsible for high-quality project outcomes. You will work with the client, Project Leads, Architects and Business Analysts and support the communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client’s architectural and business needs
- Contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy
- Contribute to data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes
- Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM
- Design and support the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements
- Conduct tailored demonstrations of the technology solution
- Refine project specifications and develop technical solution designs and implementation plans for the Dynamics 365 solution
- Enhance efficiency of development, testing and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 Implementations
- Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, resolve risks and technical debt
- Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when required
What You Will Need
- US Citizenship is contractually required for this role
- Minimum degree: Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of professional experience
- Minimum of FOUR (4) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365)
- Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment or travel up to 25%
- Evaluate, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions
- Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills and can be collaborative
- Experience developing & deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform
- Core Skills to include C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, Power BI, & Power Automate (formally known as Flow)
- Must have experience with full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365
What Would Be Nice To Have
- Experience in “Big 4” or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Microsoft Gold partner highly desired
- BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience with public sector clients preferred
- Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
