Role Overview
As the Chief Architect, Cloud and Strategic Solutions Delivery, you will define and lead a center of excellence that modernizes and accelerates solution architecture across the organization. This role involves designing cloud native and enterprise-grade solutions, spearheading go-to-market initiatives, and building strategic partnerships to elevate Guidehouse's market position.
What You Will Do
- Solution Architecture Center of Excellence: Build and lead expert teams to standardize and scale solution architecture.
- Cloud & Application Development: Architect and scale world-class delivery models with platforms like AWS.
- Go-to-Market Innovation: Develop reusable solution assets, demo environments, and playbooks for precision in sales and delivery.
- Proposal & Brand Support: Enhance strategic proposals, client marketing, and brand initiatives.
- Ecosystem Leadership & Talent Magnetism: Cultivate relationships with partners and recruit top architects and engineers.
What You Will Need
- Hands-on expertise in building and delivering scalable solutions.
- Deep fluency in cloud platforms, modern application design, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and ability to rally cross-functional teams.
- Established relationships with industry leaders and cloud ecosystem partners.
- A minimum of 12+ years in solution architecture and 5+ years in leadership roles.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range is $270,000 to $450,000. In addition, Guidehouse offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, parental leave, bonus eligibility, and more.
