Overview

Guidehouse is seeking Aerospace & Defense Operations Consultants across multiple levels to support Department of Defense (DoD) clients. This role focuses on improving operations and efficiency outcomes through program acquisition, sustainment, modernization and lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support consulting projects for major DoD weapon systems across the program lifecycle.
  • Serve as a point of contact for government stakeholders and provide project updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Research and recommend cost-effective, government-approved technologies.

Requirements

  • Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "SECRET" clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in DoD or Aerospace & Defense industry.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Authorization to work in the country.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active SECRET clearance is a plus.
  • Advanced degree in business, engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with DoD programs or A&D operations.
  • Experience leading client-facing teams and developing communication materials.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools.
