About Guerlain
Integrated into the Communication Department amidst growth and transformation at Maison GUERLAIN, we are seeking a Digital Media Assistant Intern to help implement media campaigns across our four core pillars: Fragrance, Makeup, Skincare, and Festivals.
Job Responsibilities
As a Digital Media Assistant Intern, your missions will include:
Digital Guidelines
- Participate in drafting paid media guidelines across all channels (Social, VOL, Display, Search).
- Assist in providing digital assets to various markets.
- Contribute to writing editorial briefs for all our campaigns.
- Participate in drafting Search Matrices.
Media Campaign Setup with Markets
- Coordinate 10 priority markets in validating their paid media campaigns before launch.
- Participate in validating digital media plans.
- Monitor deployment, including validating preview links and tracking product feeds/catalog updates.
Monitoring & Innovation
- Conduct weekly audits of campaigns launched by markets.
- Perform competitor benchmarking.
- Participate in identifying innovative opportunities with key media partners such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, and WeChat.
Profile
You are a Bac +4/+5 student in business school, communications, or an equivalent university degree. Ideally, you will have a first internship experience in Digital Media, with experience in the luxury sector being a plus. You possess a genuine passion for Digital and Media, coupled with a keen eye for image and detail. Your strong organizational skills enable you to rigorously manage priorities and various tasks simultaneously, always with a proactive and engaged approach. Enthusiastic and curious by nature, you are recognized for your teamwork, kindness, humility, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability. You speak and write fluent English and are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). This paid internship is available starting July 2026, for a duration of 6 months. The workplace is located in Paris 1st.
