About the Role
Guerlain is seeking an Assistant Data E-Commerce & Digital Media Project Manager Intern for a 6-month internship starting in July 2026. This role is within the Digital & Omnichannel department, reporting to the Data & AI team. You will support the team in monitoring and orchestrating various Web and Media Analytics projects for the Maison Guerlain.
Job Responsibilities
Your missions as an Assistant Data E-Commerce & Digital Media Project Manager Intern include:
- 1/ Data E-Business & Digital Media Project Monitoring
- Support E-commerce and Digital Media teams in data collection based on business needs, ensuring reliability, quality, and compliance.
- Oversee A/B Testing activations on G.COM from conception to reporting, coordinating teams and preparing framing and analysis documents.
- Assist markets in applying predefined best practices: naming conventions, audience management, access management.
- 2/ Analysis, Dashboarding & Insights
- Support HQ and market teams in digital journey analysis using collected data: CRO, Web Analytics.
- Help define new dashboards and improve existing ones, leveraging multi-source data.
- Regularly monitor web analytics indicators: traffic by acquisition channel, opt-in rates.
- 3/ Data Community Animation
- Develop materials to ensure adoption of Analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, ContentSquare, Google Suite, etc.) and available dashboards.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with stakeholders: Beauty Tech, LVMH Lab, Data Product Owners, internal teams.
- Manage communications related to Analytics topics on the dedicated Teams community.
Profile
You are a Bac +4/+5 student in a business school or equivalent university program, ideally with a first internship experience in e-Commerce or digital project management, and a strong interest in Digital. Preferably, you have initial experience with a web performance tool (GA4, ContentSquare), dashboarding tool (Power BI, Looker Studio), and/or optimization tool (Dynamic Yield). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, along with fluent French and English, is required. This paid internship is based in Paris 1er and starts in July 2026 for a duration of 6 months.
