Guerin Rent-a-Car, part of the Salvador Caetano Group, boasts over 30 years of experience in the national territory. We are looking for a Communication & Compliance Strategist to join us at our headquarters in Prior Velho.

The Challenge

Promote an exceptional customer experience through car rental and associated services, driven by the motto "Guerin, a journey made by people".

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Communication:

• Develop and implement a robust annual strategic plan to enhance brand visibility and presence, both online and offline.
• Ensure consistent communication flow for updates, adhering to best practices across all channels.
• Analyze and validate content to maximize engagement, reach, and brand consistency.
• Apply solid knowledge of Social Media best practices, including editorial planning, formats, frequency, tone of voice, and platform suitability.
• Drive strategic vision to grow brands online, aligning content, storytelling, and business objectives.
• Manage and validate content as a Content & Social Media Reviewer, ensuring brand identity alignment.
• Coordinate internal communication and marketing, including internal comms and internal Instagram.
• Manage Press Releases and institutional communication (Press & PR).
• Plan and schedule company presence at fairs, events, and external initiatives.
• Coordinate and validate necessary translations for various teams.

Compliance, Validation & Internal Coordination:

• Manage the entire internal Marketing flow.
• Provide support to stations for content and communication creation.
• Assist in managing internal and external partnerships.
• Validate changes to internal documents, including Terms & Conditions, schedules, and other information with online impact.
• Ensure all changes are correctly reflected across all digital channels.

Customer Support, Reviews & Reputation:

• Manage online reviews and reputation, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand communication (Google My Business, TrustPilot, Yext, Portal da Queixa, etc.).

Your Profile

• Strong strategic analysis capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across different areas and stakeholders.
• High level of proactivity and autonomy.
• Higher education in Marketing, Communication, and/or Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Communication, Marketing, Content, or similar areas.
• Proficiency in English.
• Driving license held for at least 2 years.
