The ideal candidate will possess senior-level experience within a relevant organisation, coupled with the credibility required to engage effectively with government, influence policy, and confidently represent UKCISA’s diverse membership. Essential qualities include strong operational leadership, proven experience working with or alongside a board, and an inclusive leadership style.
This is a pivotal time for international education in the UK, offering a unique opportunity to lead an organisation central to policy, practice, and the student journey.
