Job Overview
The Salesforce Staff Engineer will lead the design, architecture and delivery of complex business solutions on the Force.com platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud while integrating with external systems and microservices.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive discussions with stakeholders to define technical architecture.
- Collaborate with business analysts and team members for requirement analysis.
- Participate in cross-functional dependency management and data architecture design.
- Lead major Salesforce ecosystem projects with hands-on technical contribution.
- Implement Salesforce development, design, architecture and DevOps best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and technical leads.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of enterprise technology experience and application delivery.
- Extensive Salesforce.com development and design experience with multiple certifications.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation in various clouds.
- Proven leadership in code review, design, architecture and mentoring.
- Experience with integrations using Mulesoft or similar middleware technologies.
- Experience in LifeScience, Diagnostic Lab domains or Veeva implementations is a plus.
