About the Role: Assistante Commercial Immobilier
GT PROMOTION, a real estate group, is seeking an Assistante Commercial Immobilier for its luxury real estate sales office in Saint-Tropez.
You will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring exceptional client interaction and seamless administrative support for high-end property sales.
Your Missions:
Reporting to the Management, the Assistante Commercial Immobilier will be responsible for welcoming high-end clients (physically, by phone, and by e-mail), ensuring liaison with the sales team, and providing administrative assistance in the preparation of sales files.
- Physical and telephone reception of clientele
- Administrative management and follow-up of sales files
- Coordination with various stakeholders
- All related tasks
Your Profile:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual with a strong client-centric approach.
- Background in administrative assistance, administration, or commerce
- Experience in the luxury sector (real estate experience not required)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client service, professional presentation
- Rigor and organizational capacity
- Proficiency in office automation tools
- Fluent English is essential

- Type of contract: 1-year Fixed-term contract (CDD)
- Position based in Saint-Tropez
- Compensation: 30-35K€ Gross Annual
