Role Overview

You will join as an Automotive Technical Clerk, and your main mission will be to provide a high quality service to our customers in Denmark, assisting them in the management of their vehicle fleets.

What You Will Do

  • Communication with drivers for the management of appointments in workshops.
  • Preparation of quotations.
  • Contrasting the quotes provided by customers in their enquiries.
  • Consultation of references and repair times in the different computer tools available.
  • Mechanical advice on enquiries received.
  • Checking and recording in the vehicle database (repair history).
  • Management of the vehicle fleet according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
  • Communication with the workshops through the available channels to solve possible daily incidents.

What You Bring

  • Intermediate or advanced automotive or electro-mechanical training.
  • Previous experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
  • Danish C1/C2 is essential.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, mainly Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
