Job Description
In Editorial Planeta, we are looking for an Administrativo/a with an organized and proactive profile to efficiently connect our internal creative team with external collaborators. Your main mission is to optimize communication, ensure adherence to schedules, and guarantee the quality of all project deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Act as an operational link between internal design team and external designers.
- Coordinate work schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Supervise project deliveries for quality, visual coherence, and editorial alignment.
- Participate in project planning and tracking.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
Requirements
- Administrative education/background.
- Experience managing creative projects, preferably in the editorial or design agency sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of InDesign and fluency in English is an advantage.
Personal Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with creative, supplier, and editorial teams.
- High level of organization, autonomy, and proactivity.
