What functions will you perform?
- Identify the operational needs of different areas and transform them into concrete digital solutions, leading the design and implementation of tools, automations, and practical solutions.
- Optimize internal processes (operations and corporate services) by improving and integrating digital tools (ERP, PMS, CRM, etc.), aiming to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Drive innovation and digitalization of the employee and customer experience (apps, booking systems, automations, support tools, etc.).
- Ensure the adoption of new tools and ways of working, supporting teams with training and promoting a transversal digital culture.
- Create and structure an accessible and exploitable corporate database, promoting data-driven decision-making and defining monitoring and impact indicators.
- Lead the user support service for the organization's digital solutions and ensure the proper functioning of digital tools, both internal and customer-facing.
- Coordinate with the cybersecurity lead to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance in all digital projects.

To enjoy this position, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Systems, Telecommunications, or similar.
- Valuable complementary training in digital transformation, project management (Agile, SCRUM, PMP, etc.), process automation, and digital tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation technician roles.
- Minimum of one year of experience leading teams and projects.
- Experience with productivity tools (advanced Excel, Microsoft environment tools) and process automation tools (Automate, Zapier, scripts, etc.).
- Knowledge of integrated systems (ERP, PMS, CRM, and others).
