Summary/Objective

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage customers, process payments, organize the sales floor, and provide an exceptional shopping experience. This is a part-time, hourly position with additional duties as required.

Essential Functions & Job Duties

• Engage and assist customers from entry to exit.
• Present promotions, new arrivals, and sale opportunities.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions.
• Maintain visual standards and organize back stock.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities include suggestive selling, customer support, and ensuring a positive, upbeat store environment.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This part-time role is situated in a fast-paced retail environment that is sometimes high pressure. Physical tasks include repeated reaching, lifting up to 40 pounds, and occasional ladder use.
