Summary/Objective

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, process payments, organize and stock the sales floor, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This part-time, hourly position may include additional duties as assigned.

Essential Functions & Job Duties

• Engage with customers upon entry.
• Present product promotions, new arrivals, and sale opportunities.
• Create a positive and upbeat shopping environment.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and support.
• Drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Operate the store's point-of-sale system effectively.
• Assist with organizing shipments, back stock, and replenishment.
• Maintain visual standards and process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Collaborate in a team environment to achieve sales goals.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role that may require flexible scheduling. The position involves communication, operating standard office and POS equipment, and physical activities such as lifting up to 40 pounds, repeated reaching, stooping, and occasional ladder use.

Additional Information
