About The Opportunity
As an Onboarding Associate, you will guide restaurants through the entire onboarding process – from initial setup and training to ensuring they are fully equipped to manage orders and optimize their presence on our platform.
The Impact You Will Make
- Manage end-to-end restaurant onboarding ensuring timely partner activation.
- Configure accounts and check menu quality using internal tools.
- Proactively reach out to restaurant owners and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, engineering, and external partners.
- Provide training and insights to optimize restaurant performance on Grubhub.
- Continuously learn, master, and improve the onboarding process.
What You Bring to The Table
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience with restaurant owners and familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with computer applications, including Windows PC.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Zendesk, or similar CRMs is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment.
