About The Opportunity
The Design Manager role at Grubhub is a chance to shape the brand’s bold transformation. You will work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment to bring big ideas and fearless creativity to life across social, digital, video, and campaign touchpoints with a multidisciplinary team.
The Impact You Will Make
- Lead creative development from concept through execution.
- Push designs beyond the brief with strategic ideas.
- Create highly crafted digital marketing designs.

- Mentor and inspire fellow creatives with clear presentations.
What You Bring To The Table
4–6+ years of design experience in agency, studio, or in-house environments. A compelling portfolio displaying strategic thinking and impeccable craft is essential. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is required, with extra value for motion skills or After Effects. A strong sense of typography, color, and composition along with art direction experience for video and photo shoots is crucial. Excellent communication skills, familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack, and willingness to travel domestically round out the profile.
