Role Overview

The Managing Editor at GrowthX AI will own content production operations using GrowthX Pipelines. You will produce content end-to-end, evaluate and improve workflows, and ensure every deliverable meets our quality bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape assignments into detailed briefs for AI execution.
• Manage content production through AI pipelines and review outputs.
• Own content creation from draft to publication.
• Ensure quality standards by maintaining brand voice and accuracy.
• Analyze performance to refine content strategies.
• Improve AI workflows by documenting successes and issues.
• Identify and implement automation in content processes.
• Collaborate with Account Strategists to meet client needs.

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional editorial judgment and taste.
• Deep understanding of AI workflow and content production.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and analytical tools.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality.
• Experience with content management systems and project management tools is a plus.
