Role Overview

GrowthX AI is seeking an exceptional Managing Editor to own end-to-end content production operations using GrowthX Pipelines. You will produce content from draft to published state, evaluate and improve workflows, and ensure every deliverable meets our quality bar.

• Partner with Directors and Account Strategists to set priorities.
• Leverage AI workflows while applying strong editorial judgment.
• Analyze content performance and recommend workflow improvements.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement efficiency solutions.

Responsibilities

• Shape assignments into detailed briefs complete with strategy, research, angle, keywords, and CTAs.
• Manage and review AI-driven content production pipelines.
• Maintain high quality and brand consistency across all content.
• Analyze performance data and feed insights into content strategy.
• Collaborate to design and refine AI workflows for better outputs.

• Exceptional editorial taste and judgment.
• Proven ability to analyze performance and iterate processes.
• Deep understanding of AI workflows and input shaping.
• Experience with SEO tools and on-page optimization.
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
