Senior Search Team Lead

GrowthEdge is actively seeking a Senior Search Team Lead to augment our expanding digital marketing team. This pivotal role involves spearheading client success, ensuring paramount campaign excellence, and driving significant, measurable growth across a diverse portfolio of industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients during US business hours.
  • Oversee and rigorously review Google Ads accounts to uphold peak performance and strict adherence to best practices.
  • Develop and meticulously implement growth strategies spanning Search, Display, YouTube Ads, and Google Shopping.
  • Conduct thorough account audits, comprehensive performance reviews, and continuous optimization checks.
  • Strategize and precisely execute demand generation campaigns for both white-collar lead generation and eCommerce clients.
  • Proactively address client questions, performance concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure exemplary client satisfaction through transparent communication, reliable reporting, and consistent results.
  • Support and guide team members to maintain the highest quality in campaign delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience managing Google Ads for both eCommerce and B2B/lead generation clients.
  • Profound understanding of demand generation, conversion optimization, and paid media funnels.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with YouTube Ads, Google Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • Possess a strong analytical mindset coupled with the ability to proficiently interpret data and formulate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills.
  • Proven experience leading a small team or adeptly managing multiple client accounts.
  • Google Ads Certification is preferred.
