About Growth Needle

We are a fast-growing CRO and Web Design Agency focused on eCommerce and Shopify brands. We've grown from 0 to 9 employees in 7 months and are looking for talented individuals to join our team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled CRO Specialist to drive conversion strategy and performance for our clients. While CRO is the primary focus, experience in Account Management and Project Management is a plus, and training will be provided in these areas.

CRO Specialist Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify conversion blockers and opportunities.
  • Analyze data from GA4, Shopify, and user behavior to generate insights.
  • Develop data-driven CRO strategies, A/B test ideas, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests and website improvements focused on key eCommerce metrics (CVR, AOV, LTV).
  • Present CRO strategies, insights, and analysis clearly to clients.
  • Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for design and development teams.
  • Communicate conversion blockers and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Account Management Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.
  • Lead client-facing communication, calls, and meetings with confidence and warmth.
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication and reliability.
  • Manage client expectations and handle pressure with authority and clear thinking.
  • Ensure clients are consistently aligned, informed, and confident in our services.

Project Management Responsibilities

  • Coordinate designers and developers across multiple client accounts.
  • Manage projects within ClickUp, including scoping, prioritization, and timelines.
  • Create clear and effective briefs for designers and developers.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) to ensure work meets accuracy and alignment standards.
  • Ensure projects stay on track, within scope, and maintain a high standard of quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, Shopify, or website management.
  • 2+ years of hands-on CRO experience.
  • Proven experience communicating confidently with clients in an agency or similar environment.
  • Strong ability in data analysis, website analysis, CRO audits, and experimentation strategy.
  • Solid understanding of CVR, AOV, LTV, funnel performance, and conversion psychology.
  • Experience leading designers and developers.
  • Excellent briefing, project management, and QA skills.
  • Strong presence and confidence in client-facing settings.
