About Us
Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Data Analyst to help us drive data-driven insights and reporting in Product at Grow Therapy, and who will work on a variety of reporting, analytics and experimentation projects. You’ll join a broader data organization of analysts, data scientists, and data engineers, and be part of a San Francisco–based analytics team reporting into an Analytics Manager. This role will support our Lives Covered product group.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Develop, maintain, and evolve core product and performance reporting, including business-critical dashboards built on scalable, reliable datasets
- Support experimentation and A/B testing through thoughtful design, execution, analysis, and clear, actionable conclusions
- Create compelling data visualizations and storytelling assets to effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences
- Collaborate with senior and staff analysts on complex, high-impact analytical projects, including data modeling and OKR development
- Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to improve data availability, integrity, accuracy, reliability, and logging/pipeline quality
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- You have 3+ years proven experience in using analytics to tackle business problems that cross multiple product/project areas and teams, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- You have strong SQL skills and intermediate understanding of experimental design (such as A/B experiments).
- You are a wizard at building business critical dashboards/data visualizations (ideally within Hex or Looker, with strong LookML expertise).
- You have experience with data modeling (dbt) or are eager to learn.
- You love data storytelling, creating a compelling narrative by extracting insights from data, and summarizing learnings / takeaways for executives.
