Gaming Presenter (Chinese)
Grow-Talent.com is seeking a Chinese-speaking Gaming Presenter for a leading B2B solution provider’s gaming studios in Bucharest, Romania.
Position Overview:
Location: Toronto Employment Type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Host and deal a variety of casino games live on camera for real players in a studio environment, working rotating shifts.
- Interact with live players, providing an engaging and rewarding experience.
- Deliver excellent service to clients.
- Maintain the highest professional standards.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent proficiency in Chinese (oral and written).
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous work experience in a service-related industry (ideal, but not mandatory).
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, pro-active, and flexible attitude with a can-do approach.
- A strong sense of responsibility and a drive to excel.
