Position Overview

As the Administration Assistant at GROW Inc, you will process and manage incoming and outgoing enquiries, complete assigned work within contracted SLAs, manage workflow, run reports, and provide team support. Precision, attention to detail, and adaptability are key to this role.

  • Process inbox enquiries within SLAs
