Overview
Groups Recover Together is seeking an organized and self-motivated Justice Involved Case Manager. In this role, you will provide administrative support to criminal justice stakeholders and referral partners, working closely with the Growth & Development Team and State Leadership to ensure high quality care for vulnerable community members.
Responsibilities
Outreach and Development: Serve as a primary contact for the Department of Corrections and criminal justice partners, provide outreach for criminal justice residents, engage with releasing residents, and partner with the Growth & Development Team to expand partnerships.
Criminal Justice Referral Support: Create and maintain a statewide referral tracker, coordinate scheduling for in-person assistance and technological support, assist with the intake process, and document care management services while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Project Management: Develop short and long term plans, set targets and deadlines, delegate tasks appropriately, and adjust project schedules as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience working with or in the criminal justice system. Case management experience is preferred. For remote work, reliable internet, telephone services, and strong WiFi are required.
