This full-time, permanent role is remote in Canada (BC, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador, New Brunswick, PEI) and focuses on sourcing, qualifying, and scheduling appointments for our licensed advisors.
What You’ll Do
- Source small- to mid-sized businesses ready for better benefits.
- Reach out via phone and email to spark interest.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales advisors.
- Maintain the CRM and manage follow-ups.
- Collaborate with teammates to share best practices.
